Candace M. Fitch (Associate), is a native of New Milford, Connecticut.
Candace is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University School of Culinary Arts
(A. O. S. 1988), Cornell University’s School of Hotel Management (B. S. 1991),
and the New England School of Law (J. D. 2004). Prior to attending law school,
Candace worked for Cornell University Dining Services, Wyndham Hotels, and as a
meeting planner for the Georgia Society of CPAs. While at law school, Candace served
as a paralegal with the Stop & Shop Supermarket Companies. Candace is a Certified
Meeting Professional (CMP).
Candace’s hospitality industry background lends unique perspective and understanding
to her work with the clients of Mallios & O’Brien. Candace assists our clients in entity
formation, liquor license application preparation and prosecution, and in securing municipal
licenses and permits required to conduct alcoholic beverage businesses in the District of Columbia.
Candace Fitch is admitted in Virginia (2006) and the District of Columbia (2007).
