Stephen J. O'Brien, Partner, is a native of the New York City area and a graduate of Georgetown University (A. B. 1969). After service with the U. S. Army (1969 — 1971), Steve attended law school at The Catholic University of America (J. D. 1974).

Steve has represented hospitality industry clients before the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Board since 1975. He maintains an active practice in litigating contested initial and renewal liquor license applications and in defending licensees on charges before the Board. Steve represents buyers and sellers in transactions involving alcoholic beverage businesses.
